DESCRIPTION

The Ashby is a stylish, practical all seasons jacket. Constructed in Barbour's signature 6oz Sylkoil waxed cotton, with a matte finish and a comfortable, lived-in feel.
Slightly more tailored than the Bedale, yet still allowing room for essential winter layering, classic features include a 'Stormfly' front with hardy stud fastenings, a smart sit-down cord collar with throat strap, angled handwarmer pockets and two generous bellow pockets. This functional jacket features an interactive front zip and is fully compatible with Barbour's optional zip-in liners, making it incredibly versatile and ideal for everyday use.

Does Barbour offer international shipping?

We currently only offer domesic shipping within NZ. Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that it's on its way. 

Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be processed and delivered. During peak seasons, kindly allow 1-14 days for dispatch and delivery.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Click & Collect is a serivce we currently do not offer.

I have recevied a faulty item, what should I do?

As all of our products are produced to the highest of standards, it is unlikely that you should receive a faulty item. However if this does happen, please return the faulty item following our returns process as soon as possible and specify that you believe the item is faulty and the reason. If the item is found to be faulty, a refund will be processed.

Can I wash my Barbour Waxed Cotton Jacket in the washing machine?

No. We recommend that you sponge clean only. If you are unsure please check the internal care labels.

Can I dryclean my Barbour Waxed Cotton Jacket?

No, unfortunately you cannot dry clean Barbour waxed cotton garments. The chemical process used in dry cleaning may permanently damage or remove the proofing.

How should I store my Barbour Waxed Jacket?

We recommend that you hang your Barbour Waxed Cotton Jacket in a cool dry place.

Returns & Exchanges

Important:

All items must be returned in the full original packaging, as well as, any protective outer packaging with all of the returns paperwork included for it to be processed.

Please obtain a proof of posting containing the postage details when you return your parcel.

Your return and refund will be processed within 14 days of you returning your parcel to us. At busier times this may take up to 21 days.

Postage fees for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the consumer.

All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to which you ordered, please use the same returns method as described above. Please mark the return reason as faulty for faulty items and not as described for items that were not correct as per your order.
